Shipping Policy
At GripForge store, we work hard to ensure every order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, peak seasons, or periods of unusually high order volume.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
Under normal circumstances, most international orders are delivered within approximately 12–15 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, and other external factors.
3. Customs & Import Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Customs processing is outside of our control and may result in delivery delays.
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, or other government-related processes.
4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.
GripForge store is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or returned shipments caused by:
• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Undeliverable addresses
• Unsupported delivery locations
Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be resent.
5. P.O. Box Addresses
Certain shipping methods do not support P.O. Box addresses.
If a P.O. Box address is provided and cannot be serviced by the selected shipping method, customers may be required to provide an alternative residential or business address before shipment can proceed.
6. Delivered Packages
If tracking information shows that a package has been successfully delivered, customers should first contact:
• Their local carrier
• Local postal office
• Property management
• Household members
• Neighbors
GripForge store is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
7. Lost Packages
Packages that appear lost in transit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a shipment is confirmed lost, GripForge store may provide a replacement shipment at our discretion.
Once a replacement shipment has been approved and dispatched, the original claim shall be considered resolved.
8. Delivery Delays
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays caused by carrier operations, customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for refunds.
9. Policy Updates
GripForge store reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
